Android Versions on Nook Color

I didn't really buy the Nook Color as an e-book reader as such. I already got a Kindle for that. I bought it mostly because it seemed immensely hackable so it would be quite a fun little Android Tablet.

So far that is true. At this time there is at least 4-5 different versions of Android running successfully on the Nook Color:

2.2	Froyo	both	Probably the most stable overall at the moment.
